Win - Win Contracts: Although our contracts are based on the old standard AOBA Contracts, each sale has a tailored contract to include all negotiated points.  We want you to to be comfortable with the wording of each contract.

Follow-Up Service:  We are not satisfied with the sale until you are comfortable with your animals.  We are available for any questions that you have.

Financing:  On farm financing is available for up to six months with 0% interest longer terms available with interest.  We want you to succeed.

Free Agisting:  Free agisting on sales up to two months while you get your farm ready.  Reduced rates are available past two months.

Free Delivery:  There is no delivery charge up to 250 miles from our farm.

Barn and Pasture Design:  We will help you design your stables and pastures to make the most efficient use of what you have.
